devMeet - Saturday 28th April

Hey everyone, if you missed the note at the end of the last journal, our friends over at #Australian-Deviants will be holding a devMeet here in Melbourne this Saturday 28th April. (That's right, two Melbourne devMeets in the same month! :la:)

You can find info on the devMeet here and RSVP, but for your convenience, the details are as follows:

Location: Flinders Street Station Steps (we shall migrate from there).
When: Saturday, April 28th @ 12:00pm
Bring: Food/drink suitable for a picnic, art journals, cameras, note books - anything for an enjoyable day out!
Other: Feel free to dress up!

Note: if you are under 13 please let your parents know before you come along, the majority of attendants will be adults (including *Shaylo12 who is running the event) so you will be safe and sound. If your parents also wish to come along, they are more than welcome!! The same goes with friends, the more the merrier!

Any questions, make sure you get in touch with *Shaylo12.

Welcome to one of the newest Australian group on deviantArt

A place where all Victorians can gather and show off their latest masterpieces! :dance:

Minimal rules - only three pieces of any type (photography, drawing, scultpure, jewellery, anything!) to be uploaded per week please - but all of your uploads will be accepted! :D

Please note that the reason we accept only three pieces of work from each member per week is only so we don't spam our members. If you submit a fourth piece, it will be declined, but you will be told that you have reached your limit for the week.

The week will run from Monday to Sunday. Every Sunday your submission count restarts, and you can submit another three awesome works from your gallery.

Easy as pie! :w00t:

Please try to submit your artwork to the right folder, so as not to confuse us poor admins... Us admins do get very confuzzled when things aren't in their proper place :o

Lastly, try to keep your submissions clean, everyone. Tasteful nudity will be accepted, but anything demeaning or cruel to either animal or person will not be accepted. If your work is declined due to this reason, you will be told why, and you are more than welcome to note the admins to argue your case for the artwork in question to be included in the gallery.

I am looking for Melbourne based, photographers, make up artists, models, street artists, fashion designers, theatre directors, basically anybody that can use my abstract for of art or that will let me follow them around and learn from them!
